Friendly staff, clean sites, fun activities. Loads of nature. Reasonable prices. Anyone who complains about camping needs to get a dose of reality.
My point if you or someone in your family have a disability DO NOT GO HERE!!! I see why they changed their name...lol
We enjoyed the place. Beautiful area. Would be even better if they had hiking trails connected to it. And something more than a snack bar.
definitely not a campground for tent campers. The people working here are great. Very nice and accommodating. The sites are close together, and most are for rvs. Pretty expensive too, over 40$ for a tent site for one night with no privacy. The couple staying next to our site pulled out their tv and put it on the table, on the plus site we got to see what it would like if Metallica never made and James Hetfield had to stay cruise the country playing local fairs instead.
Hope this helps anyone looking for an honest review from a real person and not a robot
As kid we used to go here and it had the pond with a slide, and some arts and crafts activities. Every summer my family would spend a week here my aunt and her family used to spend the entire summer!
This was our first time camping in our Fifth wheel. KOA Campgrounds had good reviews in general, however we will not be staying here again. The staff was very friendly and the pull through site was gravel which made for easy leveling. The site itself looked like it was under construction of some sort, bathroom areas outdated, snack bar as advertised was not up and running, and the cable connection was horrible. Our neighbor in the cabin next to us had a dog that barked all day and it is now almost 1:00am and it is still yapping. No answer at the office. We won't be returning
As an adult I will never never go here again I have a child with disabilities and these people were so freaking rude to me because my child likes hearing his voice echo, and because he was being a little loud they told us we had to leave I told the lady you should tell people not to come here if someone has a disability!
